Please note the following information.\n  \n For New Manufacturing we design and fabricate air cooled heat exchangers from 24” to 168” in fan size, in numerous coil configurations, in strict compliance with ASME Code Section VIII, Div.1 and API 661.  We manufacture ASME Code pressure vessels up to 48” OD x 20’ SM\u002FSM. We have the latest state of the art fabrication equipment; 20 plus welding stations manned with ASME Code certified welders, hi-def plate cutting, CNC machining, plate rolling, CNC break press and climate-controlled paint booth with 150 tons of lifting capacity. All supported by our hi-tenured skilled fabrication and management team, coupled with our engineering and design team, reinforced with HTRI, Compress, and Solid Works programs.\n\nFor Field Services we offer 4 outfitted service trucks staffed with trained technicians on call 24-7 to perform cooler re-tubes\u002Frepairs, cooler-fan and fan-bearing repairs, louver repairs, troubleshooting cooler performance problems coupled with hydro-lancing (rodding out) cooler tubes and cooler washing.  We will travel anywhere within the contiguous United States.  Safety is paramount throughout all facets of our work.  All field technicians are Veriforce, PEC and Safeland trained, and Roughneck Resources is in good standings with IS Networld.      \n\nFor Industrial Radiator Repair we have a shop totally dedicated to repairing industrial radiators, oil coolers, after-coolers, air cooled heat exchangers, shell and tube heat exchangers, ASME Code pressure vessel repairs and perform ASME Code re-rates on pressure vessels and ACHE coil sections.    \n\n\n\n",[],0,false]
