Our plant is located in Odessa, Texas, facilities consist of 27,000 square feet of manufacturing space, 6,000 square feet of administration area, and 20 acres of outdoor working and storage area.\nOur main fabrication bay is 70 feet by 325 feet (22 x 100 meters), and has a lifting capacity of 16 tons using overhead cranes, and over 250 tons using mobile equipment. Bay doors are 24’ wide x 19’ high. PBP regularly handles towers and columns over 250 feet (76 meters) long, and many other more compact vessels and fabrications which are often heavier due to their high pressure ratings and heavy plate construction. We can fabricate vessels as large as 16’ diameter and 220’ long.\nWe have plate rolling capabilities as thick as ¾”. For thicker vessels the cylinders are furnished by trusted suppliers; our thickest having been 5 ½”. Our piping capabilities include carbon steel, low temp steel, stainless steel, and chrome moly. Here at PBP, we have built many different types of process skids depending on the customers wants and needs.\nOur top-notch certified welders utilize the following welding processes: Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW).\nPBP is certified per ASME requirements, with “U”, and “R” stamps for ASME Section VIII, Division\n1. PBP has fabricated Division 2 vessels in the past, however the quantities of those vessels didn’t justify keeping the Division 2 Stamp. PBP can quote Division 2 vessels and, upon award PBP would renew that stamp if needed. General fabrication and welding is performed per AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX requirements. PBP supplies Pipe Spooling in accordance with the ASNI B31 codes. All welders are certified following the requirements of Section IX.\nAs you can see, we are multi-talented not only in our fabrication capabilities, but in certification and diversity as well.
