HLFN Oilfield Construction Corporation (HOCC) is a wholly owned and managed First Nations company providing full-service heavy civil/clearing contractor, fabrication construction & maintenance, and pipeline services. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in ROW clearing, lease clearing, stumping & grubbing, road building, reclamations, and civil construction. Operating from Horse Lake First Nation traditional lands, we have expanded into four key divisions: heavy civil construction, right of way clearing, pipelining, and facility construction & maintenance. Our experienced staff and management team deliver projects from initial design to final installation with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
